Preparation and presentation of market analysis & marketing plan. Complete listing documents, disclosures, and coordinate make-ready. Schedule
staging & professional photos.
Marketing
Your home hits the MLS and our marketing strategy is
implemented. Showings begin.
Due Diligence
It's time to coordinate buyer inspections, appraisal & negotiate and help facilitate repairs. We work with the title company to obtain pre-closing info and deliver title work. I provide updates on buyer loan approval and schedule closing.
Close/Post Close
We sign closing paperwork at title company or via mobile closing. I confirm funds transfer complete to seller post-closing/funding and deliver keys and home accessories to new buyer. Disconnect utilities. Lastly, I would love to represent you on your next purchase through the Step Up Program!
